Refunds & Returns Policy |Jade Candles

At Jade Candles, your safety, comfort, and satisfaction are extremely important to us. Because our skin-safe wax play candles are designed for intimate, body-contact use, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been shipped. This ensures the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity for all our customers.

1. No Returns Policy

All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our candles and their use directly on the body, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason including accidental ordering errors.

2. No Refunds Policy

Once an order has been processed and shipped, no refunds will be issued. This policy helps maintain product safety and ensures that all candles received are brand new, unused, and uncontaminated.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Some candles may develop bubbles inside due to the nature of the wax cooling process. These bubbles do not impact product effectiveness and are not considered defects. Jade Candles uses low-impact packaging, so candles may sweat while shipping. Please see the candle care page for information on how to care for and get the most out of your body-safe candles.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped. Once your order has been processed and tracking information has been created, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Product Responsibility

All products are sold with the understanding that customers will use them responsibly and in accordance with our Safety Policy. Jade Candles is not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, or personal injury resulting from improper use.
