🕯️ What makes your candles safe for wax play?

Our candles are made from a special wax blend that you can pour at your desired temperature.
This allows for sensual, warm drips without causing burns, making them ideal for sensory play, temperature play, or introductory fire play.

🔥 What is wax play?

Wax play is a type of sensory exploration that involves dripping or pouring warm wax onto the body for a mix of warmth, texture, and visual stimulation. It’s often part of BDSM or sensual play, but it can also simply be a relaxing sensory experience.

💧 How do I use the candle safely?

  1. Light your candle and let a wax pool form in the center.

  2. Test the temperature on the inside of your wrist before applying it to sensitive areas. If you are re-melting wax in a microwave-safe container, make sure to have a thermometer on hand to check the temperature of your wax. Wax is best poured at 110-125 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. Pour or drizzle slowly from a safe height (usually 6–12 inches above the skin).

  4. Avoid the face, hair, genitals, and open wounds.

  5. Always have safety tools nearby, like a damp towel or cold water.

🩶 How long should I let the candle burn before pouring?

Typically 10–15 minutes is enough for the wax around the edges to melt and create a small pool in the center.
You can tilt or slightly swirl the candle to collect more wax for a smoother pour.

🕯️ Can I melt the wax around the edges?

Yes! Our candles are designed to be melted evenly — you can gently melt the edges to create a deeper wax pool for a continuous pour. Just be sure to handle the candle carefully and use it on a heat-safe surface. You can also peel the warm edges and put them into a microwave-safe glass or ceramic container to melt for larger pours.

🌿 What are your candles made of?

We use a proprietary skin-safe wax blend, combined with candle-specific colorants. All ingredients are body-safe and certified for household use.

⚠️ Are these candles safe for all skin types?

Everyone’s sensitivity is different!
We recommend doing a patch test on a small area of skin before full use. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, start with minimal wax.

💦 How do I clean wax off the skin or surfaces?

  • On skin: Wait for the wax to cool and harden, then gently peel or roll it off. Tip: For easy removal and all the warmth, lotion yourself or use coconut oil or another body-safe oil as a barrier between you and the wax.

  • On surfaces: Allow wax to cool, then scrape off gently and wipe with a warm, soapy cloth or hard bristle brush.

Avoid using metal tools or hot water directly on the skin to remove wax.

🕯️ Can I reuse melted wax?

No — once the wax has been poured or dripped, it shouldn’t be reheated or reused for safety and hygiene reasons.
